Q: Does Casa Maguey have WI-FI internet connection?
A: Yes, we have free Wi-Fi for all our guests.
Q: Does Casa Maguey have a swimming pool?
A: No, Casa Maguey overlooks and fronts the Pacific Ocean. The beach is only a few steps from your villa.
Q: Does Casa Maguey have direct access to the beach?
A: Yes, Casa Maguey has stairs that go directly to the beach.
Q: How do I get to Casa Maguey?
A: There are several ways to get to Casa Maguey, please click here to find us on “google maps”.
Q: Do I need to make a deposit in order to make a reservation?
A: Yes, a non refundable minimum deposit of 50% is required in advance of your stay. Full payment is required upon your arrival.
Q: Can I pay with my credit card at Casa Maguey?
A: Credit card payment via PayPal can be arranged but there will be a 4% fee added to your bill. We recommend you bring cash.
Q: Can I rent a car at Casa Maguey?
A: No, if you intend to rent a vehicle we suggest you do so at the airport. Most major car rental companies are available. Some smaller car rental agencies are “occasionally” also available in Melaque and Barra de Navidad.
Q: Are there English speaking personnel at Casa Maguey?
A: Yes, the personnel at Casa Maguey are fluent in English, Spanish and German.
Q: Is there a grocery store near Casa Maguey?
A: Yes, there are several small grocery/ convenience stores, as well as a deli, a few minutes walk from Casa Maguey. Fresh eggs, fruit and vegetables, chicken, fish and beef are readily available in town. You can even buy specialty items, like blue cheese, homemade noodles and lunch meats, freshly squeezed drinks, lattes and exotic teas.
Q: Are there special “Out of Season” rates?
A: Contact us now for current availability and rates. Special arrangements can be made when there are villas available after Easter until October. Keep in mind, though, that the local vacation times coincide with school vacations north of the border, so book early to guarantee availability.
Q: Are the villas equipped with cooking appliances?
A: Yes, each villa has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need.
Q: Will I have to cook?
A: Only if you want to. There are over 20 local restaurants, featuring gourmet Mexican, the usual tacos, Italian pizza and even a French restaurants. It is possible to diet, but if you want eggs benedict, it is easy to find them.
Q: Is breakfast included in my rental?
A: No. Excellent breakfast restaurants are only a few minutes’ walk from your accommodations at Casa Maguey.
Q: Is there secure parking for my vehicle?
A: Yes, Casa Maguey is a fully enclosed compound, all your belongings will be secure.
Q: Are there pets allowed at Casa Maguey?
A: No. We have our own Labrador dogs at Casa Maguey, there for pets are, discouraged.

A: The local area features all water sports, including diving, snorkeling, kayaking, swimming and surfing, kite boarding, jetsurfing, as well as deep sea and shore side fishing, tour companies for trips to archeological sites and picturesque inland coffee plantations, villages and much more…
Q: Do the villas at Casa Maguey have TV?
A: No, Casa Maguey features some of the most stunning views and picturesque scenes in all of Mexico. Local nature and wildlife including a protected estuary with many saltwater crocodiles is as beautiful and as real as it gets.
